Egg-cream toast

Are you tired of the same egg omelette for breakfast or just looking for a quick lunch for the kiddos? This egg cream toast is so refreshing and easy to make.

All you need is

4 eggs

90 g goat cheese (you can use anything you have, I sometimes replace it with Greek feta cheese🤤)

60 g unsalted butter

50 g sour cream

Boil the eggs and add all ingredients into you food processor. Mix them all together until you have a nice textured cream, and you’re done!

You can keep the mixture in the fridge for a few days. I usually serve it on toast with a few cucumber slices on top. 🙂
