Veggie-balls

You need: 5 carrots,3 zucchinis, 2 onions, 3 eggs, 2 red peppers, 4 potatoes to make 16 balls or so.

Grate the carrots, zucchinis and potatoes and squeeze out the water. Cut the onions and red peppers into small pieces and mix all the ingredients together. Add salt and pepper to taste and start making the balls.

Put the veggie-balls into the oven, at 180 C degrees for around 35 minutes.

Tip: you can enjoy these with a Tzatziki sauce or Aioli.
